What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Workers position at Carlson Print Group?
Join our team! Our Howard Lake facility is growing with the addition of specialty packaging equipment. Carlson Packaging Solutions has openings for Light Assembly, Machine Helpers, and Machine Operators. The Operator’s set-up equipment, Helpers assist with efficient operations, inspect and package finished product.
Monday – Thursday * Nights * 3pm - 1am * with the availability to work additional hours and occasional Friday nights
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, assembly or quality control preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand throughout shift and good manual dexterity
