We’re hiring a Call Center Associate for our Houston TX client! We are looking for experienced, reliable, hard-working employees who can interview immediately!
DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
- Job Title: Call Center Associate
- Location: Northwest Houston, TX
- Pay: $19
- Hours: Night and Weekend Shift hours may vary, must have a flexible schedule.
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Assist customers with online equipment orders. Manage accounts, answer inbound calls, place orders via outbound calls, enter and review orders, and follow up with client requirements: Detail oriented, excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to take orders over the phone and enter them into database.
- Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent, type a minimum of 40 words per minute, MS Office, Teams, Outlook and Outlook Calendar. Some medical administration or background a plus.
