Position Overview:
This part-time role offers abundant room for growth, initially comprising 5-10 hours per week, with occasional predetermined on-call responsibilities. While predominantly working behind the scenes, this position is pivotal to my success. It's not a role as a stepping stone to becoming a real estate agent but rather a dedicated support role where your contributions will be highly valued throughout my busy life schedule.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience: At least one year of relevant experience - Real Estate License preferred
- Attitude: Take pride in your work with meticulous attention to detail while being self motivated and anticipate needs
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in GSuite, Word, Excel, Canva, CRM, and Zoom, and adept at navigating various platforms.
- Problem Solver: Exhibit adeptness at navigating challenges with grace and efficiency.
- Team Player: Thrive in a collaborative environment and appreciate the power of teamwork.
- Marketing Acumen: Have an appreciation for marketing strategies and relevant trends
- Communication Skills: Excel in both written and verbal communication, with a knack for prompt responses.
- Residence: Currently reside in Maine with a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
Your pivotal role encompasses various tasks, including but not limited to:
- Transaction Management: Oversee the intricacies of real estate transactions with finesse.
- Tech Proficiency: Navigate platforms such as GSuite, MLS, Zipforms, Skyslope, and DocuSign effortlessly.
- Marketing Support: Assist in crafting impactful marketing materials and initiatives, create & schedule social media content on a weekly basis.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated client databases and records on a weekly basis.
- Research: Conduct thorough research on marketing opportunities and property data.
- Client Relations: Connect with and track correspondences with clients and send bi-weekly touches.
- License Tasks: help draft buyer, listing and offer paperwork and occasional showings/inspection coverage/open house
- Help managing various rental properties and duties with busy airbnb in the summer months
- Help with other non-real estate activities from time to time
- Quarterly event planning/gift pop bys

A dedicated real estate agent with over ten years of experience focusing on first-time home buyers, sellers, and investors. With a strong focus on educating clients to grow wealth through real estate. I have a portfolio of four homes and manage other rental properties for clients.
