We are looking for an LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse
** $31 to $36.50 per hour based on experience and shift **
** DAY SHIFT: 7a to 7p and NIGHT SHIFT: 7p to 7a **
** Ohio Nurses: We will pay your Kentucky license fees! **
** 10-minute commute from Cincinnati **

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Job Summary:
- Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
- Assist in coordinating and supervising all services on assigned units.
- Regular rounding on nursing units.
- Facilitate communication between licensed nurses and providers.
- Assure complete and accurate documentation through spot-checking and on-going supervision.
- Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
- Assist in ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
- Assist in direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
- Prepare/administer performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers.

LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Kentucky State Board of Nursing.
- Current LPN License from KY or Ohio.
- Long-Term Care experience preferred.
- English language required.
