Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Operate multi-line phone systems to direct calls and provide customer support
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and organized
- Handle clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining office supplies
Experience
- Previous office experience is required; experience in a medical or dental setting is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
