Your Role: As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you’ll lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You’ll oversee front-of-house functions, manage inventory, drive sales, and support team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding hospitality
- Manage bar operations, guest relations, and food/beverage quality
- Enforce company policies and drive operational excellence
- Recruit, train, and coach team members
- Monitor performance and foster a culture of accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (high-volume preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of Aloha/Toast, OpenTable, Excel, R365, and timekeeping software
- Passion for service and guest satisfaction
- Flexible availability, including weekends
