Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Digital Product Manager! Major tech players recognize the transformation we are undergoing here at Carnival Digital, and why wouldn’t they?  After all, we are assembling a team that will help us become Best in Class not “just” within the Cruise Industry, but within Hospitality!  We need you to help lead our digital transformation.

You are collaborative yet have a strong point of view, flexible to roll with the punches yet focused on providing a fantastic guest experience.  Above all, you are curious and you never stop learning.  Your curiosity has served you well in your career, it’s how you learned Systems and how they interact and it’s how you became fluent in speaking “Tech”.

In this high visibility strategic role, you will be an important leader in Carnival’s Digital Department, so it’s crucial that you have a passion for leading teams through the Native and Hybrid Mobile App Product Development Lifecycle (for both iOS and Android).  You have solid B2C skills and experience applying Agile and SCRUM principles.  You currently work in a similar role at a top Hospitality or Consumer-facing brand, or maybe your start-up/consulting firm isn’t taking off as quickly as anticipated.

To succeed in this role, you must embrace our newly renovated, bright and airy, Miami-modern design open space office environment.  Experience playing analog Foosball will be considered a positive differentiator.  You are an entrepreneur at heart and are excited about applying your entrepreneurial spirit and being part of building a Silicon Valley start-up culture within a Fortune 200.
