What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Clerk position at Carolina Auto Auction, Inc?
Carolina Auto Auction is a family owned and operated business in Williamston, SC. We have been serving the automobile dealers and finance companies since 1969 and in SC since 1989. We believe in providing a superior customer experience for everyone that walks through our doors. We are one of the largest independent auction in the Southeast United States. Most auto auction art similar but at Carolina Auto Auction we believe that our team of talented individuals is what sets us apart in our industry.
We are looking to add a title clerk to our growing staff . This person will reassign lease titles for vehicles processed through the weekly auction. Provide customer service both in person and over the phone.
You will need to be able to do the following
- Receives and reviews titles for accuracy.
- Determines steps needed to be taken on inaccurate titles and follows up through completion.
- Maintains relationships with customers and support services during resolution process.
- Provides customers with continuous communication during resolution process.
- Provides customer service both on the phone and in person.
- Provides prompt service to walk in customers.
- Provides telephone/switchboard coverage whenever necessary.
- Able to quickly move between counter, office machines and desks to provide customer service.
