JOB TITLE: Ingredient Control
Location: Cold Spring, MN

Status: non-exempt
Position Summary: This position is responsible to assemble kits for the production plant. Pre-weigh ingredients, track inventory, and follow detailed instructions.
Alcohol is an ingredient in products we produce. We are unable to guarantee specific positions, work schedules or work environments that do not include working around alcohol.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre-weigh Ingredients following specific recipes.
- Batches soft drinks and energy drinks.
- Maintains cleanliness of areas responsible for.
- Monitors activities in area of responsibility at all times during shift.
- Ensures that every detail and specification of each product is met.
- Is responsible to follow recipes and directions, “to the letter”
- Conducts physical counts on customer owned inventories
- Must learn and apply new processes and procedures in area of responsibility.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Lead.
- Adhere to and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Employee Handbook.
- Adhere to and comply with quality production and Food Safety.
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Production environment is preferred, but not required.
- Extended standing on hard surfaces.
- Regular bending, stooping, and lifting up to 60lbs.
- May be required to work and direct in confined spaces and work with high pressure steam
- Will work around noise, dust, variable temperatures, and use of production chemicals
- Position must be able to communicate with all levels of employees, vendors, customers, and visitors.
