About the Role:
As a Warehouse Supervisor in our Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in MN SDC and MNSDC. You will be expected to ensure that all products are received, stored, and shipped efficiently and accurately. Your main goal will be to maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment while meeting production goals and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with SAP or other warehouse management software.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of warehouse workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of all products, ensuring that all inventory is properly accounted for.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all production goals are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
