Job Summary
Carolina International Trucks is looking to add a new Diesel Technician to their growing service department!
The Service Department provides high quality repairs and maintenance to our internal and external customers in a timely and efficient manner. Our technicians and support staff will continually participate in factory training programs to ensure the highest level of expertise in diagnosing and repairing the products we represent. This will assure us of profitable growth and the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Example of job duties are as follows :
- Perform work as outline don repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnosis' vehicle problems based on customer complaints and inspection
- Communicates with other departments
- Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended
- Road tests vehicles when required (CDL License is required within 90 days of start)
- Consistently maintains training and education as assigned by management and participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
