What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Counter Sales position at Carolina International Trucks?
Responsibilities:
- Fast-paced counter sales support for our customers.
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, answer incoming calls and placing product orders.
- Identifying customer needs and providing customer solutions.
- Supporting and working closely with our Service and other departments.
- Knowledge of Parts Inventory Systems.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience selling heavy duty "All Make" truck and engine parts. (International, CAT, Cummins, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner, etc.)
- 3 or more years Heavy Truck Parts Sales experience
- Procede software experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Impeccable Customer Service skills
- Strong computer skills required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
