What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Billing Specialist position at Carolina Rehabilitation and Surgical Associates?
Growing physician practice seeking detail oriented, medical billers for both full and part-time positions. Duties include a variety of revenue cycle tasks, including registering patients, verifying insurance, posting charges and payments, working denials and A/R reports.
Candidates should be able to multi-task and complete job duties with minimal supervision. Applicants should have at least 2 years physician billing experience. NextGen and RealMed experience is preferred but not required.
Our hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. We offer competitive pay along with benefits and an incentive plan. Remote work is available after a 6 month training period, but some on-site work in our Raleigh office is required long-term.
