Job Summary
Carolina Signs and Wonders is a looking to add to our existing team. We are focused in commercial sign. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, customer focused, organized and a strong part of our team. Must be experienced in many aspects of the sign fabrication.
The Sign Fabricator is a professional, self-motivated team player with great interpersonal skills and values delivering excellence. The Sign Fabricator is also detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced team environment, and is able to efficiently manage working on multiple projects simultaneously. The Sign Maker is self-confident and is not afraid to show their professional ability, creative genius, and most importantly, have fun!

Responsibilities
- Sign fabrication and production
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing/production area
- Assist in maintaining company signage equipment
- Learn new technologies, skills, and techniques to become a better sign making professional
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production
- Background in vinyl creation and application
- Design creativity
- Expertise in using tools for fabrication
- Metal working experience (welding, cutting, etc)
- Paint and painting experience
