ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Healthcare Office Manager at Carolina TotalCare, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our office. Your responsibilities include:
- Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and train a high-quality administrative team to ensure smooth office operations.
- Management Systems: Develop and implement effective management systems that optimize office efficiency and productivity, from daily tasks to strategic planning.
- Growth Initiatives: Spearhead efforts to expand our office, helping to hire and onboard top-tier staff and establishing a culture of excellence.
- Data-Driven Meetings: Lead weekly, quarterly, and annual meetings that identify KPIs requiring extra emphasis. Use data-driven insights to drive productivity and profitability improvements.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards. Maintain meticulous records and documentation for audits and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel as our Healthcare Office Manager, you should possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably within a medical office or clinic setting
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance procedures
- Formal management training or certifications
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Thursday schedule from 8:15 AM to 6:15 PM
- Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- No weekends are required!
