Job Summary: Supervises assigned task of nursing operations during assigned shift. Is consistent with corporate and facility mission statement, goals, and values. Follows established policies and procedures, facilitates and organizes collection of Quality Assurance/ Quality Indicator nursing data, and other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications: Holds a current LPN license to practice in NC (NC license or multi-state (compact) license), graduate of credited school of nursing; at least one year of long term care experience in geriatric nursing OR two years clinical Medical/Surgical Nursing experience. Current BLS.
