What are the responsibilities and job description for the Retail Cashier/Customer Service position at Carr’s Boots and Western Wear?
Do you love all things western? We are looking for an enthusiastic person that enjoys interacting with others and works well as a team.
Communication skills in both English and Spanish is required.
Duties: primarily the following.
◦ Ring up all transactions through the company POS per company procedures.
◦ Complete and process refunds through the company POS per procedure
◦ Gather customer data with each purchase.
◦ Perform final check with each purchase to ensure that no items are mismated.
◦ Offer the appropriate cleaner, protectant and/or accessory while completing the sale.
◦ Thanking each customer and inviting them to please come again.
◦ Write up and process house charge transactions.
◦ Greet customers as they enter the store or are browsing
◦ Call to notify customer that their special orders have arrived.
◦ Call repair customers to let them know repairs are complete.
◦ Answer the store telephone and address customer inquiries or direct calls
◦ Light cleaning
- Helping out on the salesfloor if needed.
Part time- 10-15 hours per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
