Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Diagnostic Medical Sonography Faculty member, located in Temecula, CA. The faculty member will be responsible for instructing students in diagnostic medical sonography, preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, administering exams, and providing hands-on training with sonography equipment. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, participating in curriculum development, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to faculty meetings and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in diagnostic medical sonography, including operational knowledge of sonographic equipment and clinical procedures
- Excellent teaching, training, and lecturing skills
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Commitment to maintaining current knowledge in the field and participating in ongoing professional development
- ARDMS or equivalent certification required
