Respiratory Therapist is responsible for patient care through the cardiopulmonary processes of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Also directs and guides patient/family teaching and collaborates activities with patient care personnel while maintaining standards of professional respiratory care. Contributes to cardiopulmonary and the hospital through support of philosophy, objectives, educational, and research efforts.
