Essential Functions:
- Provides technical support for EDI communications
- Provides operational support for existing integration transactions
- Provides advice and education to partnerships concerning EDI guidelines and capabilities
- Oversee all EDI mapping configuration and updates
- Working knowledge of all EDI transaction sets
- Monitors, reports, and tracks error trends and manages resolution initiatives
- Handles escalated troubleshooting of file issues
- Collaboration with Developers, Programmers and Technicians to analyze and modify mapping to better meet trading partner’s needs, while controlling costs
- Escalate items to management or software developers as needed
- Opening, updating and closing support tickets
- Works as a Website Administrator when User Set Up is required in TMS systems
- Monitor iSeries operating system and hardware for problems, performance issues and job errors. Includes all other subsystems and their interfaces that rely on the iSeries. Also includes software and hardware used by third-party integrations to the iSeries. Use iSeries O/S 400 commands to monitor and troubleshoot any issues.
- Support for all Innovative ICC and FleetRX software that includes fixes for issues in the software as it pertains to all the departments using the software.
- Monitor replication software on our Main and Disaster Recovery IBM iSeries
- Enter new users on the iSeries system. Grant same users correct menus, menu options and security based on the user’s role in their department on the Innovative ICC software.
- Remove users when terminated and periodically run reports and check with Agents for terminations.
- Schedule nightly backups and nightly reports
- Troubleshoot or install Access Client Solutions on computers.
