Carrollton Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a FT Maintenance worker.
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance worker is to perform repairs and maintenance throughout their assigned restaurants as needed. They will:
- Use problem-solving and technical skills to solve maintenance problems.
- Execute weekly walkthroughs and work along with the Management Team to create a plan for all maintenance issues as well as supplies needed for all projects.
- Be responsible for the upkeep and the look of their assigned restaurant/s.
Position Requirements:
Available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays for special projects when needed.
Courteous and professional demeanor. Must be able to carry out orders and work independently.
Walks and stands during the entire shift.
Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and cut.
Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
Must have ability to communicate proficiently in English.
