The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish), people‐orientated, adaptable, and have outstanding problem‐solving skills. Managing large amounts of incoming calls and email inquiries
Answering detailed product and service questions
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
Reading and learning scripts
Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction
