Summary
Provides a variety of clerical and support acitivies for Carson Tahoe Medical Group. Schedules established patient appointments following the scheduling guidelines for each appointment type. Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the patient registration/demographic information obtained during each patient encounter. Responsible for collection of copays/deductibles as identified. Ensures the completion of all documents required at point of patient access.
Qualifications
Required
- One (1) year direct customer service experience
- Must possess strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- One (1) year of experience in a medical office setting
- Medical terminology knowledge
