Summary
The Imaging Clerk processes and maintains patient health information in both electronic and paper formats. This position works collaboratively with other members of the department to complete all essential responsibilities in a timely fashion to meet the quality, utilization, and financial needs of the organization. The Imaging Clerk ensures patient health information is accurate, timely, and kept confidential. The Imaging Clerk is responsible for coordinating Release of Information functions and works collaboratively with facility staff to ensure requests are completed utilizing minimum necessary standards. The IC ensures requests for release of medical record information are in compliance with HIPAA, facility policy, and other regulatory standards andensures requests processed are completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year computer experience
- Experience in customer service environment
- Abillity to manage the demands of high volume and multi-task environment with great attention to detail
- One (1) year radiology or medical office experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or anatomy and physiology
- Live, work and play in one of the most beautiful regions in the world
