What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Administrator/RMA position at Carter Clinic, P.A.?
Busy, diverse medical practice seeking experienced front office staff to handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, interact successfully with psychiatric patients. Applicants should be organized and able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with staff and patients. General duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to answering multi-line phone system, verifying various insurances, filing, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out of practice, data entry and various customer service duties. Must be able to multi-task. Requires professional appearance, persona, excellent interpersonal skills, and high work standards. Preference for CMA/RMA certified applicant.
