Responsibilities:

·        Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations

·        Thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate case information

·        Recognize and be accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice requirements

·        Zealously negotiate to secure fair, timely, and reasonable settlements or verdicts

·        Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner

·        Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all staff

·        Ability to work in the Milford location with occasional travel to other CT offices or courts

·        Follow the firm’s operating procedures and management guidelines

·        Actively practice our core values: Be a champion for others, be innovative, and be accountable

Qualifications:

·        Admitted to CT Bar in good standing

·        Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases. Trial experience a plus.

·        Professional written & verbal communication skills

·        Strong analytical and organizational skills

·        Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse group of people

·        Proven capacity to work efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

·        Balance working independently and collaborating with others

·        Proactive results-focused work ethic
