Acquisition Specialist – Service Drive
Location: Casa AutoPlex
Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Casa AutoPlex is looking for a driven and outgoing Acquisition Specialist to join our team and work directly from our busy service drive. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with existing customers while helping us acquire quality pre-owned vehicles for our inventory.
What You’ll Do:
- Approach service drive customers to identify vehicles that may be ready to trade or sell
- Perform walk-arounds and appraisals to determine vehicle value using dealership tools
- Present competitive offers and explain trade-in or purchase options in a clear, friendly manner
- Collaborate with our used car management team to determine fair market pricing
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and appraisal opportunities in the CRM
- Work closely with service advisors to identify high-potential acquisition leads
- Help ensure a smooth handoff from appraisal to inventory intake when vehicles are acquired
- Support monthly acquisition goals and help grow our used vehicle inventory
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in automotive sales, appraisals, or similar customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, upbeat attitude and excellent people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet
- Familiarity with vehicle appraisal tools like Kelley Blue Book, Accutrade, vAuto, or ACV is a plus
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Must be available to work during peak service hours and some Saturdays
