As Human Resources Coordinator you will play an essential role in providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Recruitment - preparing weekly job posting and updating applicant tracking system, greeting applicants, screening resumes/applications, preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating the new hire process. Compliance - tracking employee qualifications, records management, updating HRIS system, etc. Employee Benefits - Track and meet with new hires and benefits eligible employees and assist with open enrollment. Administrative Support - provide administrative support to the human resources team. Employee Events - active member of employee events committee.
If you have three or more years of proven administrative coordination experience and/or college level human resources related course or certification then we want to talk to you! Must have strong computer skills, superior customer service and a can do attitude! aPHR or PHR certification a plus.
All employees are required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment and must receive vaccination booster required by governing agencies. You must be able to pass background checks required by a licensed residential care facility.
