As a sales consultant at Cascade Auto Group, you will be the liaison between customers and the dealership during the purchase or lease of a vehicle. You will build relationships with customers and provide the best deal for the customer while meeting company standards. You must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate attention to detail, be able to complete all necessary paperwork for each transaction as well as demonstrate product knowledge of both our new and used vehicle inventory. One to two years automotive sales experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
  • Be the vehicle expert. Maintain in depth knowledge of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Directly report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
  • Assist with general lot display
  • Bring your ‘A game’ and positive attitude with you every day

Qualifications:

  • One to two years automotive sales experience required
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product specifications
  • Fantastic communication skills with your customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
