About Cascade:


Cascade has providing behavioral health services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. We currently have five locations providing outpatient services in Lewis County.


Provide planning, direction, delivery of services and assists in the management of the Mobile Crisis Team.

 

Cascade Community Healthcare, as a health care facility, must comply with the Washington State Governor’s mandatory vaccination proclamation. The proclamation states all employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by October 18th. What You'll Do:


On call 24/7 for MCT questions and crisis calls then triages calls for supervisor.


Maintains staff schedules ensuring 24/7/365 coverage.


Covers vacant MCT shifts if other coverage is not available.


Participates in staff recruitment as directed by supervisor.


Assure that staff are trained in proper techniques to safely provide quality mobile crisis services and to complete clinical documentation.


Works with the supervisor in the process of hiring new MCT staff.


Provide community partners with education around MCT program.


Facilitates communication between managers and staff.


Represents the agency in coordinating services with other community providers. Also attends community meetings.


Provide crisis services (within scope of credential) as necessary.


Maintains records, reports, and documentation in accordance with agency policies and procedures.


Participates in supervision, consultation, and training at the direction of the supervisor.


Provides reports in accordance with agency policies and procedures.


Ensures that ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained.


Participates in other selected activities at the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.


Provide crisis services as needed.


Other duties as assigned by supervisor.



What you'll need to get the job done:


Bachelor’s Degree in Social/Behavioral Sciences and experience in the mental health services and treatment of adults, children and families is preferred. 


Crisis experience preferred.


WA State Department of Health Credential required (AAC).


Must be able to pass WA State Patrol and/or national background checks.


Must be able to obtain clearance to the Lewis County Jail.


Must comply with agency policies and procedures.


Must have a valid driver's license.


Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.


Must be able to gain access to all types of buildings and residences regardless of the structure’s handicapped accessibility or lack thereof.


Must maintain current home telephone and address on file with the personnel office.
