What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Management Analyst position at Cascade Comprehensive Care Inc?
This position is responsible for supporting the administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and effective coordination across multiple areas. This role also is responsible for assisting with project management efforts by keeping projects on schedule and within scope by gathering and analyzing data, managing and maintaining organizational and project documentation, and creating reports to support decision making and communication. This position requires a high level of organization and detail-oriented skills while balancing organizational administrative priorities with project management support to drive overall efficiency and success by performing the following duties.
JOB DUTIES
- Assists with overall planning and management of projects to include but not limited to new vendor implementation, software and technology upgrades, continuous improvement, and compliance projects.
- Develops and maintains project documents, tracks project progress, and assists with project reporting to include but not limited to project scope, charter, and plan build, risk mitigation log, change management plan, and resource management plan.
- Provides administrative support to the organization, including but not limited to maintaining records and files, preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with general office tasks as needed.
- Supports communication and coordination efforts across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Gathers and analyzes information for project development and project documentation.
- Assists in developing project strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Performs administrative tasks related to purchasing, vendor management, and other operational activities to support the day-to-day functions of the organization.
- Assists with arranging facilities and caterers, coordinating speakers, and issuing invitations for meetings, programs, and events.
- Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Tracks and measures project performance utilizing available systems, tools and techniques, and reports and escalates to management as necessary.
- Communicates project information with Executive Services Manager, project teams, and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with cross-functional team members and technical subject matter experts and communicates team notifications of assignments.
- Researches and understands state and federal requirements for Coordinated Care Organizations (CCO), and the organization’s cross-functional department responsibilities to comply with those guidelines and requirements.
- Researches and collects information including but not limited to product demonstrations, program capabilities, interoperability options, quotes, for developing new ideas and projects for innovation, performance improvement, increased efficiencies, and enhanced user, member, and provider experience.
- Coordinates with third parties and vendors when necessary to execute projects.
- Documents project dashboard metrics and key performance indicators.
- Maintains confidentiality and complies with HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
- Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working withmembers and coworkers, including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Respectfully takes direction from supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent in a related field from two-year college, university, or technical school; and two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Job requires specialized computer skills. Must be adept at using various applications including database, spreadsheet, report writing, project management, graphics, word processing, presentation creation/editing, communicate by e-mail and use scheduling software. Must be highly skilled and practiced in MS Office Suite.
