Cascade has been around since 1997 and recently opened this 2nd location in Lacey about 1.5 years ago. Things are going good and to take it to the next level we know we need some experienced help from ambitious and competent people who can help us scale and grow this location to a 10M/yr branch. Role can be flexible depending on the person's skillset/desire. I've listed some of the upcoming opportunities that are either available now or will be as we grow.

• Leading a crew of 2-3 guys building custom decks and patio covers
• Repair tech - have your own truck and take care of all small jobs (fences, decks, gates, misc. paid repair type stuff)
• Project management opportunities - working with client to schedule, design, and help crew deliver the project with high quality and efficiency
• Project Engineer opportunities - Drawings and material lists (backend detailed stuff) for all deck and patio cover projects, permits, etc.
• Sales/Design - working with customers to design and price/sell the projects.
• Builder - build decks, patio covers at a high level of quality and efficiency

• All tools and trucks provided by us
• 100% coverage for you and your family for health, dental and vision insurance
• 2-4 weeks PTO per year
• Your pay is based on the value you bring, not on how long you've been here.
• No mandatory Saturday work, but if you want OT it is available
• Your phone bill is covered by us - Foreman, PM, Estimator positions
