Role:
- Sales with primary responsibilities to generate revenue and build a career
- Proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate
- Qualify investor leads
- Attendance at industry events
- Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals
Qualifications:
- Interest in Investment Real Estate and/or transactional sales
- Polished and confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to engage in high volume outreach activities
- Competitive nature
- Strong understanding of effective prospecting and proven ability to penetrate new accounts
- Professional work ethic and integrity
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team
- Real estate experience is not necessary, but helpful

Cascade Real Estate Group was established in 2016 to serve investors of multifamily projects in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa—and we’re hiring a Sale Agent to work with real estate investors to help them acquire properties that fit with their investment strategy.
You’ll learn the business of investment real estate from the inside by building relationships, learning how to grow a pipeline of investors, and driving deals to closure.
This is a growth oriented, transactional sales role suited for people who are coachable, competitive, want to gain real experience quickly and are comfortable putting in consistent effort to succeed.
Commission: Commensurate with experience
