We are seeking Positive and Caring Employees Employees for Full-Time, On-Call, and Part-Time positions. Higher need for flexible individuals who can work Swing Shifts (3:30 to 10 PM), Weekend or Overnight shifts as soon as possible!

In this position you will have the opportunity to help intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals realize their capabilities and be active in the community.
Our services are provided on a twenty-four hour per day basis, offering flexibility in shifts and scheduling. The training and necessary certifications required to start at Cascade Residential Care will be provided at no cost to you. Individuals who are looking for opportunities to grow with the company are highly encouraged to apply. Paid Time Off available, as well as a salary increase after first six months.
Duties may include
- Providing for the general supervision, care, and support of our clients
- Administering medications
- Ensuring safety and proper hygiene practices
- Assisting individuals with tasks such as shopping and healthy menu planning
- Teaching general life and social skills and supporting specific Individual Support Plan goals
- Participating in the development of Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
- Maintaining the dignity and rights of those we support
Documentation Abilities Required
- Ability to complete and maintain accurate records for medications and treatments, finances, activities, goals, behaviors and personal property.
Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Pass Criminal Background Check
- Possess Driver's License with an insurable driving record
- Diploma or GED
- Effectively communicate in writing and speech
- Lift or transfer weight greater than 50 pounds
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with our clients and co-workers
- Obtain certifications within thirty (30) days of hire
Certifications
- Oregon Intervention System (Required - training provided after hiring)
- CPR/First Aid (Required - training provided after hiring)
