Cascade Sleep Supply, LLC. specializes in providing durable medical equipment for CPAP/BIPAP therapy. We guarantee highly personalized clinical services to our patients, with timely compliance & outcome data to our referring providers across the sleep therapy continuum.

We are seeking a dependable and driven professional to act as an ambassador and liaison between our patients and visitors who come to the site. Ideally this individual cares deeply about the level of interaction and the quality of the experience the patient enjoys during their initial interactions at our office.

Be the face for creating a first impression of the company via in-person and phone interactions with patients, prospective clients, guests and vendors who walk through the door or call the location.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Superb Patient Care, Positive and Team Orientated
  • Proficient knowledge of computer system applications (i.g.:Windows, MS Office, Brightree & Stamps.com).
  • Ability to multitask

Qualifications:

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (Compassionate demeanor).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to build positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited):

  • Enthusiastically greet and check-in walk-in patients.
  • Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
  • Collect co-insurance and bill payments.
  • Swiftly get familiar with CPAP/BIPAP supplies.
  • Make outgoing calls & coordinate the delivery of patients' DME replacements via CSS's DME resupply program.
  • Adept with data entry and basic computer functions.
  • Employ in other clerical functions.
  • Assist in closing duties: organize and maintain the office common areas.
  • Complies with Cascade Sleep Supply, LLC.'s infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for self and others.
  • Complies with Cascade Sleep Supply, LLC.'s policies and procedures and maintains confidentiality of patient medical records in accordance with state and federal laws*

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits:
