CaseGuard is looking for a Frontend Web Developer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company websites. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in WordPress development, including custom plugin development, theme development, and WordPress site optimization.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain WordPress websites.
- Develop custom WordPress plugins and themes.
- Optimize WordPress websites for performance and speed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Stay up to date with WordPress developments and new technologies.
- Implement best practices for web development and design, focusing on a smooth user experience (UX).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Web development.
- Experience in developing custom WordPress plugins and themes.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience optimizing websites for faster loading speeds and performance.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Understanding of SEO-friendly design and WordPress optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
