The Brand Insights Manager is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative primary market research and accessing secondary syndicated sources to provide insights and recommendations to drive sales, traffic and build Casey’s brand. The Brand Insights Manager will collaborate with other business partners across the organization to design studies and methodologies to address key business questions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage multiple custom projects such as positioning, ad tests, segmentation, immersions, and ethnographic explorations.
- Lead the design, development, and execution of our continuous Brand Tracking & Ad Impact study.
- Design and conduct studies related to the Beverage Innovation Pipeline Process from inception to launch. e.g., ideation, concept, and taste testing
- Develop, analyze, report and present key insights from Consumer Tests throughout the year.
- Analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business using data from a wide range of sources, including primary and secondary.
- Responsible for providing training and other instruction as appropriate to other Guest Insights Team Members and our cross-functional team members.
- Coordinates analysis of macro consumer behavior, market conditions, competitive environment, local and national economic conditions.
- Investigates and recommends best-in-class research methodology and process protocols.

What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree relevant in measuring and understanding consumer behavior (e.g., Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Psychology, Sociology, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- At least eight years of research experience is required.
- Prior experience pulling together disparate data sources to uncover strategic insights and to tell the story of these insights in order to drive action across the organization.
- Experience in food and/or retail research preferred.
- Ability and desire to collaborate and build relationships based on transparency and mutual respect with team members at all levels of the company.
- Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking, and desire to have a large impact on our organization.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
- Extreme detail-orientation across all aspects of research planning, execution, analysis, and presentation.
- Resourceful nature, with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.
- Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, along with excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
Salary : $80,900 - $102,000
