What you'll do as a District Manager:
- Assist with executing Casey's strategic initiatives, driving sales, and maintaining standards within your assigned area.
- Act as liaison between the Store Managers and Region Director to maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Develop Team Members and build a bench of strong leaders.
- Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area.
