Malt Shoppe Team Members

Whoever said money can't buy happiness apparently didn't know about Casper's Malt Shoppe! We are currently seeking multiple PART-TIME (fewer than 30 hours per week) team members for our stellar Malt Shoppe crew. Don't just take home a paycheck, take home the satisfaction of making people happy with ICE CREAM!!

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma!!
• Clear verbal communication and listening skills
• Ability to count cash accurately
• Current Food Handler's permit required (must obtain within the first 30 days of employment)
• Ability to stay on feet for the duration of shift
• Physical dexterity required (bending, squatting, lifting, reaching overhead)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be a team player doing whatever is needed to help the team succeed!

Pay

• Pay will start at $10.00 per hour PLUS TIPS!
• Did we mention time and a half pay for holidays worked? :)

Schedule

• CLOSED SUNDAYS!
• We need to cover all Malt Shoppe hours:
  • Must be available to open (11:00 a.m.) and close (10:00 p.m.) during weekdays
  • Must be willing and able to work 2-3 Saturdays per month
  • Must be willing and able to work holidays (very busy days for the Malt Shoppe)
    • Holidays worked pay time and a half!
• Days and hours worked are negotiable and have some flexibility
• Scheduled days will range from 3 to 7 hours per shift
• This is a year-round position, not just for the summer

Salary : $10
