What are the responsibilities and job description for the Help Desk Associate position at Castanhas Technology Services, LLC?
We are seeking an helpdesk associate to join our MRI/Yardi support team. The position will work with our clients to support their ERP platforms.
What you'll Do:
- Serve as first point of contact for questions and incident
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Log, track, and manage support tickets
- Escalate issues to Level II support and Account Managers
- Perform basic system configuration, user account management, and access control
- Collaborate with our consulting team on client projects
- Prepare weekly reports for clients
Qualifications:
- Must live in NJ and be willing to travel to the Livingston office
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field.
- Some experience with database management systems such as SQL Server or MySQL
- Experience with Office 365 applications such as Excel and Word
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously-
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Ability to operate independently and as a member of a team
