What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reservationist position at Castell's?

Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations through Resy, ensuring accuracy and efficient table allocation.
- Answer guest inquiries via OpenPhone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Confirm reservations within 24 hours, following up on special requests.
- Handle large party bookings (10 guests) by obtaining management approval before finalizing.
- Process private event inquiries, inform the guest that a manager will follow up, and log details accordingly.
- Communicate seating arrangements and updates with the front-of-house team.
- Maintain an organized reservation system, ensuring smooth table turnover and guest flow.
Requirements:
- Experience in reservations, customer service, or front-of-house roles preferred.
- Familiarity with Resy and OpenPhone is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
- Professional, detail-oriented, and reliable.
