Mujo is a tasting menu only, fine dining omakase concept in West Midtown,. We are looking for passionate and hospitable indviduals to join our team!
The server at Mujo is responsible for greeting & welcoming guests, executing a tasting menu with pairings, and coordinating & overseeing service with the Sushi Chef team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3 years in the hospitality industry;
- Extensive wine knowledge
- Knowledge of Sake preferred
- Level 1 Sommelier certification preferred
- Experience in fine dining restaurants and service;
- Upscale sushi experience preferred, but not required;
- Ability to communicate and work in English; additional languages beneficial;
- Professional appearance, care and grooming;
Physical Demands
Required to bend, stretch, twist, climb and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces
Required to stand and walk for extensive periods of time without breaks during busy times
Required to be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds without assistance
Salary : $35 - $50
