A DAY IN THE LIFE OF Clinical Specialist, Uveal Melanoma,
A typical day as Castle's Uveal Melanoma Clinical Specialist is dynamic, blending clinical expertise, sales, and strategic thinking. You'll start by reviewing your territory plan to prioritize outreach and meetings with physicians and key opinion leaders, promoting Castle's DecisionDx-UM test. Your day might involve hosting presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, or scientific meetings to share insights on uveal melanoma research, using strong communication skills to highlight the clinical benefits of the test. In between, you'll stay updated on product developments and competitor trends, collaborate internally with Castle colleagues, and engage with academic investigators to relay new research concepts, ensuring Castle remains a leader in the field.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Requirements
Strong understanding of complex disease states and marketplaces with preference given to oncology, ophthalmology, and rare disease products or testing
A Ph.D. or clinical degree (CGC, RPh, PharmD, BSN, NP, PA or equivalent) is preferred
