We're currently looking for a Specialty
Dental Assistant
to join our Castle Dental
team,
supporting multiple offices across the region, including Nashville, Franklin, Goodlettsville, Mt. Juliet, and Murfreesboro.

$24-$26/hour About:

Dental Assistant

Schedule (days/hours)
Monday - Friday 7:30 - 5:30pm Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
- Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
- Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
- Minimum 1 year of specialty dental assisting experience (Oral Surgery, Periodontics, or Endodontics)
- Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
- Dental Radiology Certification (X-Ray)Â
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
- Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
$24-$26/hour About:
