Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work to fill job requisitions in a timely manner with qualified individuals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action guidelines. The incumbent will provide basic recruiting, as well as organizational support through the full life cycle of the staffing process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for talent acquisition screening, sourcing, interviewing, and determining the ideal candidate for a position at Castle Group.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. The Talent Acquisition Specialist performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service.
Responsibilities:
  • Supports talent acquisition employment branding initiatives, strategies, hiring plans current staffing needs and forecasts.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting including, but not limited to, creating requisitions, managing job postings, conducting interviews, extending offers, coordinating pre-employment checks or verifications process to meet the organizational hiring goals.
  • Conduct recruitment kick-off meetings with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Develop the company’s recruiting/employee branding program and work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting processes.
  • Provide regular follow-up to the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Assist the Selection and Talent Acquisition manager in all recruitment wrap-up meetings to assess the overall effectiveness of the recruitment and continually improve the experience for the hiring managers or interview teams.
  • Actively participate in all hiring related activities and engage in cross functional projects.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and maintain a high level of involvement in recruiting outlets throughout the communities in which the company operates by attending networking events, job fairs, and industry events to build and maintain candidate pipeline for all positions.
  • Generate qualified candidates through traditional and non-traditional recruiting efforts such as alternative sourcing and passive candidate sourcing.
  • Document interactions, outreach, and screening results as well as staffing metrics.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Source candidates though HR ATS database.
  • Conduct on-boarding processes.
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Assist in employee retention and development.
  • Supervise Selection & Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications:
Education/Training/Certifications/Licenses:
  • Experience in high volume, full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases
  • Excellent communicator
  • Multi Tasker, can manage several requisitions at once
  • Well-organized
  • BS/BA in Human Resources or Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Industry experience desired
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Three (3) to five (5) years of recruiting experience is required. Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literacy:
Excellent command of computer hardware/software is required.
Language requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required.
Travel and availability requirements:
Local travel to company events on a very infrequent basis.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 20-30 lbs.; Work in a sitting position for long periods of time – up to 8-10 hours; Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word; Ability to quickly and easily navigate the building as required to meet the job functions; Complete all required forms.

Working Conditions:
The majority of work will be completed indoors in a temperature controlled environment with little to moderate noise levels.
