We have a marketing department that supports our sales team with leads day in and day out 365 days a year....without fail.
-2 to 3 selling opportunities every day of the week (No slow seasons)

-Average commission is 10% up to 15%

-Average rep makes about $120k a year and top reps $200-$300k
