Job Overview
Preroll Technicians at Catalyst are an essential part of the cultivation team.The Preroll Technician is responsible for grinding material and producing top quality pre-rolls for sale at Catalyst’s retail stores and the larger market. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control is essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Process Marijuana material for pre-rolls including operating commercial grinder
- Load Pre-roll machine with supplies, minimizing wasted time and material
- Produce top tier quality pre-rolls in various sizes as directed
- Assist in Harvesting of cannabis plants as needed with cultivation team
- Learn and uphold product quality standards.
- Weigh and record product quantities with precision and accuracy.
- Appropriately manage Inventory spreadsheet
- Understand AMCO regulations and continue to uphold municipal & state compliance.
- Execute daily checklists of tasks with efficiency and precision.
- Maintain a safe, clean and professional working environment.
- Ability to be flexible and occasionally work on special projects outside the scope of this job description.
Requirements of Position
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Unaided
- Excellent time management skills
Qualifications / Certifications:
- Alaska Marijuana Handlers Card
- Municipality of Anchorage Food Handlers Card
- Cannabis Product and Regulations knowledge
