Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Dispatch Administrator to support daily dispatch operations. This role involves coordinating vehicle dispatches, communicating with customers and affiliates, maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch vehicles according to schedules and operational needs
- Communicate with drivers, passengers, and internal teams to ensure timely service
- Monitor dispatch activities and resolve scheduling or routing issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Use Microsoft applications to track, update, and report dispatch information
- Enter and manage data within internal systems, including Limo Anywhere and Salesforce
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience working in vehicle dispatching or a similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience using Salesforce preferred, but not required
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
