Description Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, seeks a Program Manager for its multi-licensed building on the grounds of Bronx State Psychiatric Center. The Program Manager works alongside a team of other Managers to provide oversight of the programs' operations and maintain compliance with the Office of Mental Health regulatory requirements, as well as with BOH's Policies and Procedures. The Program Manager works 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM however must be available and on-call 24/7. Salary is commensurate with experience, 82,500 - 85,000 per year. Job Requirements: Master's degree in a Mental Health discipline License in a Mental Health discipline preferred. Three years of experience working with mentally ill and/or substance use population. Strong leadership skills, with ability to work independently, flexibly and responsibly Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
