The Program Director I ensures the implementation of all aspects of the program to include but not limited to quality assurance, contract compliance, data collection and overseeing day-to-day supervisor and administrative operations. The Program Director I must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Hawai’i and their Mission as well as strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.
EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum of two (2) years experience working with target population. May also consider Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field with four (4) years of related experience with target population. Experience must include one (1) year assisting with supervision such as participating in employment decisions, assigning work, mentoring/coaching, etc.
